Despite the comments that the arm that holds the napkins is loose and wobbly, I found the more napkins I put in it the less it leans. It moves freely allowing the removal of a napkin to be easy and you can pull off one napkin or many without difficulty.

Despite the poor reviews I went ahead and ordered the napkin caddy because it was exactly what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised, the arm is not flimsy, it tilts a tiny bit, but it looks great on my table. More importantly, it keeps the napkins in place and my kids are not pulling out 10 napkins at a time anymore. Good price for what I got.

I was so excited to receive this item based on the picture from the catalog. I even ordered other coordinating items only to be dissapointed by the construction of two out of the three items that I ordered. The arm is too flimsy but it still looks good.

I hunted high and low for something exactly like this!! So happy I finally found it, and its perfect! Yes, the arm is a little wobbly, as everyone else stated, BUT, I think it is supposed to be that way so you dont get 10 napkins when you only wanted 1.

I like this item and it looks nice in the kitchen. Although, I have to agree with many of the other comments, the arm that holds the napkins down is very loose and leans over to one side or the other. However, holds nice large size napkins.

I really like this napkin holder, esp. since I have the matching towel and paper towel holder, dish rack, and bread basket! It brings an elegant flair to the kitchen. The look can also be dressed up or down, depending on your decor and holiday changes. The one thing I am not too satisfied with is that the holder itself on mine is a little too loose, but it does the job.

I have purchased two different napkin holders from two different companies and neither of them have worked. This one, however, does the job! Although I agree that the handle that holds the napkins down is a little flimsy, it does however allow you to remove the napkins individually without taking the whole stack with it! A problem I was having with the other ones I had purchased. I am very happy with the product and have finally stopped my search for a napkin holder!

I had been looking for a napkin holder for awhile and came across this. It is perfect size for the napkins I buy at the store. I am glad I found it! The thing that comes down on top of the napkins isn't really needed unless you will be taking it outside or in a breezy area.

I love the napkin holder, it's what I was looking for. I will say though, the arm is flimsy. I thought the bread basket was nice, a little too small. We have a big italian family, lots of bread. I don't think many pieces of bread will fit in it. I would recommend the napkin holder to a friend, not the bread basket.

I love this napkin holder! I have 2 young boys and used to have one of those napkin holders that holds the napkins vertically. I always ended up with extra napkins falling out when they needed to get one out. This design really is practical as the kids can get just one napkin out with ease. It is also very attractive for everyday use or buffet use with company.

This napkin caddy is exactly what I needed to keep my napkins flat and secure. I really do like it a lot. Much more sensible than the upright holders that allow the napkins to flop over. My only disappointment was the arm that holds the napkins down. It is wobbly and needs constant straightening. The basket construction is pretty good, however the arm hinge design certainly needs to be reconsidered.

this napkin holder was just what i needed. my kichten table is right in line with the nice breeze from th window in the summer. with this napkin holder i do not have to worry about loosing any napkins off my table. i also do not have to move the napkins so no one can find them. the napkins stay right where i leave them not blowed all over my kitchen.

I purchased both the bread basket and the napkin caddy. We have a lovely yard and patio & entertain quite often. These items match my patio decor and are quite attractive. The bread basket is way too small to use as a bread basket but it is attractive enough to find a use.

I only bought the napkin caddy and I am very satisfied with it. It's a great solution to those floppy napkins in an upright holder. The design is light weight, formal, and very stylish. I was a little surprised on the size of this basket. It is quite small but the construction is good and the quality is excellent. I doubt that I will use it for a bread basket because it will only hold a couple of rolls (not anything like pictured in the photo) but still I am sure I will find a use for it. For the price, I still think it is a good value.
