I love this clock. It goes on the half wall where my kitchen is on one side and my family room is on the other. So you can tell the time from both rooms. It looks so beautiful. Even my husband loves it and he is verrrrry picky. Plus we are originally from NYC so it's nice to have this in our midwest home.

I was very excited to purchase this clock until the day I opened the box and the hands dangled. I love the design and Lillian Vernon was very prompt in sending me a new one, however, I ended up with the same problem on the second one. Don't waste your TIME or money on this item.

I almost didn't buy the clock b/c of the negative feedback. I took the risk knowing that the company stands behind their merchandise and will exchange. You can't bet this clock for the price. My paper on the face is also a little off but when you hang it up you really can't notice. It keeps time perfectly and looks great on the wall.

Love the look, much larger then expected. I am also an unfortunate customer who received a clock with one minute hand dangling freely on one of the clock faces! If I could fix it I would rather then have the co. send another replacement and have to wait [...]! Hope it arrives soon as I have the perfect place for it to go in my home.

Well I had hoped that I was not going to be one of the customers who received a non working clock but.... luck was not on my side. One side keeps perfect time the other side has a minute hand that just dangles. Seems to me that the problem is when the individuals mount the time pieces they should pay more attention to securing the hands!! Hopefully when they send me another, both clocks will work. I love the look. Iron is a bit crocked in places and the face is twice the size I expected but the Grand Central....graphics are clear and look nice. Crossing my fingers this time.

Very low budget construction even for [$]I spent another 10.00 fixing the clock! [...] I had to buy another movement! If your not a handy person don't take the chance! Nice looking but that's it!

The clock looks really nice, and both sides work. I plan on hanging it up in the hallway between the kitchen and living room. The clock does not come with any installation materials (hooks, nails, etc). I called customer service and she told me that the product is considered really easy to install, so Lillian Vernon does not feel the need to provide those materials. My husband says it should be easy to install, but a month later, I have yet to see it hanging on my wall. Oh well.

I LOVE this clock but the hands just hang - they do not work. I contacted customer service and they immediatly said they would replace it. Hope #2 is better because it really is a sharp looking piece. I have had many comments. It sits between my kitchen and family room and is a great addition.

This clock left much to be desired. It looked awesome on the website but when we actually got it we were less than pleased. The construction is very poor. It is off center. The hanger is welded crooked, and the paper backdrop on the clock face was very pixelated. I was not impressed. The item was returned.

I love this clock ! It added something different to my greatroom. My clock came in perfect condition. Easy to hang. My husband (who doesn't notice anything)even commented on it several times. We use it so much I am not sure how we lived in this room before without it.

We needed a clock for the pool. We have had several that were placed under the porch but all eventually quit working. This clock, mounted on the post just under the porch is visible at the pool and from in the house. This works out great. I would highly recommend it and absolutely love it.

I ordered the Grand Central Clock and received it yesterday. The one side of the pair of clocks does not work (the hour hand drops and just hangs) and the clock face was glued in off center so it looks terrible anyhow. I am waiting for email from customer service and hope to get a replacement. I love it and hope to be happy with the next one!

I absolutely love this clock, but twice I have had to send it back because the second hand was broken on the clocks. I'm now waiting for my third one to come in...I hope three times IS a charm! [...] has been great about replacing the product --I just hope I get a good one this time.
