We used the decal at the entrance to our game room. We call it "The Upper Room". Not only did the decal come exactly as we requested, but it looks hand painted once applied. Positioning the decal was very easy - we just eyeballed it, but pulling the clear overlay off was a bit tricky. My husband uses a similar product for his commercial vans and he says that the vinyl overlay didn't need to be quite so sticky. Hopefully this just means it will be more durable. I have been looking for similiar products but was always quoted at least 5 times what I paid here. This was a steal. My favorite Lillian Vernon purchase yet and I have purchase a lot!!!
