These holders are much better than those I've been able to find in the past few years, but not as thick as the ones I bought 15 years ago. These, at least, work as described and are usuable. However, they are NOT dishwasher safe! I bought 16, and 4 of them are warped beyond usability from the heat in my dishwasher. None of the other 32 I've bought in the past (from other vendors) have ever warped in my dishwasher.

I would like to use this product daily but it's just not practical and it's too flimsy and can not support weighted objects evenly. My advice would be to keep looking because this product will not satisfy your request for paperware support for parties or pinic's and camping is out of the question.

I love that I don't have to worry about food flying through the air on windy days. These holders do the job but of course not on the windiest day!

I had been looking for an alternative to those awful straw-like plate holders for years, so I was happy to have found these. I just wish they weren't vented on the bottom because if your plate is hot or wet, it will leak through. Also, I microwave quite a bit with paper plates and these are not safe to use in the microwave. So, it could be improved upon, but still better than the straw plate holders!

These plate holders are the best. Very durable, dishwasher safe and thin, so they are easy to store. I used to have those straw made plate holders and those do not even come close to these. At my recent cookout everyone was so impressed and was asking where I purchased them. I would definetely recommend these to everyone!

While we do like these, we have learned the hard way not to set them down on wood. They create a steam through the vent holes and that has caused our wood on our table to rise.

these plates are great... lightweight, easy to store, definitely do the job of providing support to the paper plate AND there are notches in the plastic to hold the paper plate in place. They are washable, colorful and inexpensive. GREAT product
