Really disappointed in this windchime - it looked great in the on-line picture but when I took it out of the box was I so disappointed with the cheap metal and plastic & tacky look to it that I put it right the Goodwill pile.

This really looked great coming out of the box. I hung it in my Florida garden, and after a few weeks it fell to pieces! It should only be used indoors, or on a coverd porch.

I purchased this windchime to replace a damaged one outside my front door. The patriotic theme matched with the rest of my front porch decor. Unfortunately, immediately when I opened the package, I could see that I "got what I paid for". The color & design are what I was looking for, but the windchime is poorly put together. The stars that act as the "clangers" are either too close together and tangle easily or are too far apart to make the chimes work. This item is unique in design but made more for its look than its actual use as a windchime.

A clever way to be patriotic and enjoy the benefits of a soft windchime sound as well! I am repurchasing a second time because the string or lines that hold the star weights have begun to fray and have worn thin where they rub against the ends of the chime tubes. Aside from that, it has retained its color and is a darling way to display our flag, while only taking up a small area of space.

Not quite as pretty and colorful as shown in catalog. Also, very small. Not the quality I was expecting. I have it in a very windy spot and you can barely hear the chimes.

It's a beautiful windchime and probably worth it for the reduced price, but it was poorly made. it's obvious where the holes are to hang each piece and mine was not put together properly. If that doesn't bother you, then I would recommend this. I actually have it hanging indoors and my 1- and 4-year old play with it.

This is a cute little windchime to decorate for the summer holidays. It's a little chintzy, but worth the couple bucks.

Very cute and goes with my USA theme on my back porch. The only thing I would change is putting a longer chain on it so it hangs a little lower.

This chime was exactly what I expected - great for one summer season but not something you could keep and use over and over. I've had this hanging in a tree in the front yard for about a month and I like the sound of the chimes and the patriotic look to it.

The downside is one of the stars has already fallen off, and one of the pipes is starting to rust where the round thing on the star's string stikes it. The stars also have a tendency to wrap around the tree trunk when it's windy.

But to people walking or driving by it looks fine and I'm glad I got it. It will be thrown away at the end of the summer though.
