I ordered a blue one of these for my son in 2007 and when I had my daughter in 2009 I was pleased to see that these were still offered. I immediately ordered one in pink. It looked great when I got it and is so cute on the tree next to the blue one. I didn't have any problems with the quality of the ornament or my personalization.
My delivery was prompt and my item was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I ordered a blue ornament for my son 3 years ago for his 1st Christmas and it turned out great. My daughter is celebrating her 1st Christmas this year, so decided to personalize the same ornament in pink for her. I was very disappointed when I opened it. The personalizion is very dull and hard to read and is off centered both where my daughter's name is and her birth date. I will definitely try and return to see if the problem can be fixed!

Your catalouge showed this ornament with two names and 15 characters. I was dissapointed I couldn't use both
names. This is a gift. I am not very pleased.
