Not happy at all. Bracelet came looking used and old. It did not sparkle or shine at all, like new jewlery should. I returned it.

I ordred this last year for my mother, who was a new grandmother. When i received the bracelet it was extremely tarnished and looked like something that I could have bought at a [...]. It had no sparkle to it and the crystals looked like any other plastic beads you would buy in a craft store. Needless to say I sent it back, I would Never give this as a gift!

My then 9 month old daughter gave this to her Grandmas for Christmas last year. They absolutely loved it! It is a really cute bracelet. It apparently is not made to wear every day. My Mother wore it every day for two weeks short of a year, and then as she was wearing it, it basically fell apart and the beads went everywhere. She liked it so much that we are ordering a replacement though. My Mother-in-law doesn't wear hers every day, and it still appears to be fine.

Very charming braclet of exceptional quality. Unique look, matches gold or silver jewelry and is so endearing with the grandma blocks. My mom seems to love it and wears it every day along with her other jewelry.

I bought this for my mom, (the grandmother of my newborn son) [...] She loves the bracelet and has had no problems with it.
My complaints are not with the product but with the service/delivery:
1. This was a gift and it was virtually impossible for her to find out who sent it. (It was written VERY small on the order confirmation.
2. A recent catolog was included with the gift. I thought this was pretty tasteless because she could EASILY thumb through it and see the cost!!! I wouldnt mind if a catalog was sent later in the mail.. but thought this was tasteless to include it with the gift!!
