My daughter started wanting a hop ball of her own so we purchased this product for her birthday. It wasn't until 1 hour before her party that I discovered the air valve was not a typical unidirectional valve you would expect to see on this type of product. Instead it looks more like a squirt gun valve making it impossible to fill without the air coming right back out at you. So I attempted to remove the valve completely, fill the ball and then reinsert the valve. Well I was finally able to fill the ball but could not reinsert the valve before it deflated. URG!
Can't return because of my tampering with it so it's going to the trash.

This item did not come with instructions but was easy. I put the ball inside the frog before airing it. You have to remove the little stopper in the air hole before trying to fill the air and then reinsert it when full. I like how the cover does not cover the bottom of the ball so it doesn't get all dirty. My children have been using it and having fun. It seems very durable.

This product is not bad for the price, however it was too old for my 3 year old. I would recommend it for children five and older due to the height of the bounce ball.

I bought one of these for each of my kids for x-mas. They never play with it. Its hard to do and the cover slips right off and doesn't stay on easily. Its a few weeks after x-mas now and I'm throwing them in the garbage...... JUNK.

This product is too small for my 3 year old granddaughter and she is of average size. The body of the description says 24" but it is not that large and I am not sure that it is even 18" tall. It is cute and appears sturdy, but it is for a very small child.

Product looks great and my daughter has discovered a lot of uses for it. Unfortunately, she is not able to use it as intended as no instructions and none of the 12 nozzles we have for various air pumps fit the hole on the ball.
I love the idea of getting her moving in a fun way, but this is so frustrating!
Customer service helpful and they promise to send instructions...I wonder if that will include an idea of where I can get this mysterious nozzle.

This frog ball hop is super cute, and fun! Cover fit perfectly over ball, and even has a hole cut out in it to fill the ball with air even while cover is on. Great for kids 3-5.
