This does not light up like it looks in the picture. It is very dim and it doesn't seem as long as it is in the photo. My son was not thrilled with this.

Granted it was an inexpensive purchase, but not even worth the frustration and disappointment from the kids. Our sword never lit up either. And it fell apart about the 4th time my son played with it. Unfortunately Darth Vader will not have his red light saber on halloween.

Supposed to light up and doesn't. It fell apart the first day we opened the package. We had to throw it away because it is useless junk. Do not purchase, because you will just be wasting your money.

We took it out of the package and the handle came apart. It is nice because it lights up at night but it is not to durable. My son hasn't even used it and it is falling apart!
