I loved it. My daughter loved it. Everyone that saw it loved it...This costume was a HIT! Thanks, Lill, for giving the girls a few (and I do mean FEW) options that don't make them old and sexy before their time. Nicely constructed and easy to wear. Also adapted to cooler evening wear well (we added a turtleneck and sweater under the top and brown leggings on the bottom to keep warm. I was happy to tell all my friends where I found this costume. (It's also nice that it comes all together. There wasn't a need to buy "extras.")

Sizing is all wrong

I ordered a size 8-10, which my daughter wears, and the skirt elastic is so tight that the waist is only 5 inches across before you stretch it out. I am going to have the elastic replaced. The top on the other hand is too big and the brown leather straps are so long they just flop over. I am going to have to have them adjusted. Luckily my friend is great with sewing so it will all turn out fine, but I was very disappointed when I pulled it out of the package and then tried it on her.

This costume is very well-made and looks so authentic that the bead pendant could be worn separately as a piece of jewelry. My daughter isn't waiting til Halloween; she wears it several times each week for pretend play. What a great investment in hours of fun!
