Dress bodice was HUGE. Would be better with elastic to allow for size differences. The shoe covers did not fit right and had to be thrown aaway after the two hours of outside wear. The fabric under the netting was tearing and fraying after she wore it to school all day. If it had been worn for just couple of hours it would have been fine but did not hold up after lengthly wear.

We ordered an 8 for our daughter who usually wears 6x-7. The dress was HUGE across the top. The jacket, she couldn't even button. Dress length was appropriate.

This costume is the best costume I've ever had, though I had some truble with the jacket! I would today recomend it!!!

My eight year old was desperate to have this costume for Halloween.[...]the construction is not great. The dress portion is very large and the jacket and hat fit small (my daughter is currently wearing a solid size 8 and I ordered the size 8-10). In addition, the shoe covers are showing terrible ripping and wear after only two hours use.
