This costume fits my 14 month old. The only real complaint is that the boot covers are way too big for a younger toddler (i.e. too long and feet too big). I spent several nights altering them to fit her legs and feet...not easy work but the costume looks great. I don't remember seeing a lasso in the description [...], but I can say that I'm glad there wasn't one as I really don't want to be handing a toddler a lasso.

The costume is cute and fits my 20 month old, but it does not come with a lasso like the description says it does....other than that its a great costume.
