This pretend play kit is perfect for future physicians! Kids explore 6 important parts with the help of this transparent light-up model of the human body, 9 1/2"-tall, head to torso. Brain, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, and intestines light up when children insert fact-filled key cards. Also includes: doctor's bag with stethoscope, reflex hammer, thermometer, eye scope, syringe, microscope, magnifier, and more. Poly-cotton lab coat and 8 x 7 1/2" bag each fits name up to 12 letters. I bought this product for my girls for Christmas.
When I opened the box I noticed the Lab Coat was printed with the wrong name. The bag however has the correct name on it. I thought it would have been embroidered not heat pressed. Kind of cheap looking for the price.

I ordered this set. The personalized doctor bag tore up right after my daughter got it. The dummy is cute but the other things are very flimsy. I don't think it's worth the money.

I used this item to teach my students about what their job was and what they might use or wear.It showed everything and more on carrer day at Bedfrod Elementary, Bedford, Kentucky 40006. Everything is perfect! PLus it was less expensive than the professional one and it had the same items in it as the pro one did. For A Better Price!

I was a bit disappointed when we opened it. My daughter broke the microscope within the first 5 minutes of playing with it and the model of the body didn't even work. For the price I expected better quality. However she loves the coat and the bag. You should be able to buy them separately.

This item is just OK. Nice size. Great for a 4 to 5 year old who is very petite. Thought the engraving would have been embroidered. The name can be peel off on bag and lab coat. I'm going to have it embroidered. Not worth the cash. Need to lower the price, then it will be worth buying. Overall my 5 year old is having a blast with it.

I ordered 2 sets of these,for 2 grandaughters,names were wrong on them,Lab coats look like drs.coats,Some of the drs.tools were made for young child,other parts like the body,child has to be able to read very well.I have 5 yr old and 8 yr old.

I placed order in nov.recieved part on time ,the other a week before Christmas.I placed order for medical and lab coat,i finally recieved them a week before,the names were not personalized right.The same name was on the coat and the other name was on both bags.I was very dissapointed,Im a Grandmother and didnt have time to go find something else for them.My calls for help on tracking it ,was not accurate,Was told twice I would be recieving 2 boxes,but it all came in one,after telling them I already recieved first part of order.

My 6 yr. old loves this toy. She was playing with it right out of the box after opening it on Christmas. She has however, elevated herself to a surgeon! "Where's my knife?" Yikes! This toy inspires creativity and as a "patient" has given me many "illnesses" and lots of laughs.

This was a 50/50 item for me. My 3.5 year old son loved it. But I thought it was much nicer on-line. Is very small and flimsy. Was a little disappointed.

My daughter has enjoyed playing with it, however I thought it would have been bigger than shown in catalog. Make sure you read the measurements. The actual kit is much smaller than shown in catalog.

For the price, I expected a lot more (quality-wise) than what we actually received. The lab coat is cute and actually has an embroidered name, but the bag is cheap vinyl with stickers for personlization. While my husband and I were checking it out (before giving to the kids) the side of the man's head came off and the button used to light up the heart became stuck. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying this.

I bought this for my daughter for Halloween 2006 & she LOVES it ... she still plays with all the items it comes with! I had to get her a larger bag to fit all of the items because the one they give you can't even fit half of the stuff they give you. I also got her another personalized lab coat from another site because the one with this is way to small for my 5yr old - the arms were too tight and short. The personalized bag they give you tears easily and her name started to peel off almost immediately. Besides all that - one year later she still has all of her items in great condition (did not break easily like others said)and plays with them OFTEN!! I am almost tired of being a patient(no, not really)
Overall, good value for all of the learning tools you get, and the great satisfaction of making your little one happy!!

Even though the doctor's bag was personalized as I requested I was very very unhappy that the doctor's coat was not personalized as ordered. It was blank. I had to embroider Dr. Jordan myself - which took over two hours and was not convenient.

My 5 year old loves this set, he especially likes the torso and how the cards go in and the body parts light up. He also likes the fact that both the doctors bag and lab coat have his name on them. What mommy doesn't like is how thin the coat is, and how small the bag is, not all the accessories fit into the bag. Overall a good set for imaginative play for young children. P.S. the coat is on the small side and probly wont fit a child over 6 years old.

My daughter truly enjoyed recieving this kit. The instruments are very educational and she loves to give everyone in our family check ups! The lab coat was a plus! The only thing that I would have loved this kit to have included was a blood pressure instrument and for the ear piece to have included a little light. But overall, it's was a great purchase.

My six year old son loves the set and spends hours pretending to tend to his "sick" patients. Have not found the pieces to be flimsy, but he is of the reccomended age. The one downside I noticed, the lab coat is on the small side for the 6 and up guideline. My son wears a size 5 and I cannot see getting an extended wear out of the jacket.

The lab coat is great. The rest of it is not much better than dollar store toys. Two pieces broke the first day.

I really love the personalized labcoat and medical bag, my daughter was thrilled! However, the parts are extremely poor light quality, the medical bag is too small and didn't quite get some of the parts purpose. The slides and microscope don't really do anything. I expected more since it was for older children.

I would recommend this to a friend. My daughter loves it and the name on the jacket and bag are too cute. I would agree with others though that I was surprised and disappointed by the quality of the Dr kit pieces. The body part with the light up organs is great, but if you are going to have a higher end play kit, I think the pieces should have a little more bells and whistles.

The name is not sewn on the jacket or bag, I was expecting it to be. The plastic pieces are not good quality. The human model is very light weight, which is good, but not sturdy. The bag is too small. For the money, I was expecting a better quality product since this is for a older kids.

The anatomical model is great for both older and younger children. Younger children love the coat and medical equipment. The model broke a little too easily.

Since I have a degree in science. I thought this would be a great educational lab kit for my 5 year old. She says she wants to be a Dr. when she grows up. What better way to encourage her with a hands on medical kit and lab coat with her inspiring Dr. name. It's not as durable as I expected, but fun.
