This costume is true to size, and I was easily able to take a pin tuck here and there to help it fit a more petite child. The collar did need a little roll of red mesh pinned in place to make it stand up a bit, otherwise it flops. Overall, a good value, daughter liked it really well, and it will be worn in a future year.
