Vinyl headpiece has bulging bloodshot eyes and "brain matter." Robe has tie closure in back; headpiece fits all. Imported.

We used the costume for Halloween, my son receieved lots of compliments from wearing it, the only problems we had were that the collar would not stay up and the brain head piece was really big for the head of a child. Other then that the quailty of the product was excellent and durable[...]

My daugher had to have this for Halloween. I thought it was gruesome but on the funny side so I gave in. [...] I was a bit disappointed with the collar as it is made of a thin styrofoam type of material that was hard to keep up and the mesh mask wasn't sewn well and came apart. Nothing that resewing couldn't fix. I tried to plump up the brain headpiece with stuffing to make it stand up instead of looking flat-but to no avail. This will definetly be a one of a kind, unique costume for your favorite trick or treater.

The black head piece was a bit uneven and tight to fasten, but the brain wa not puffy as shown. It was flat and awkward. Didn't use that part of the costume. Rest was fun!

head piece does not sty on well and the mesh face cover is riping with the first try. It is also hard to breath through. (my 9 year old told me)The collar (witch is a huge part of the costume does not stay up like it should because it id only foam.

The plastic head piece was smooshed in the packaging, making the eyeballs elongated--we solved this buy squeezing the eyeballs horizontally and placing a heavy object over the eyeballs until the plastic stayed in this position.
Otherwise, my son loves the costume! Definitely pushing the size limit with age 10--but it will last through this halloween and that's all that matters!

My son loves this costume .. He thinks it is the coolest Halloween costume he's had so far! It is very well made, funny looking (which is perfect for his age group of 6-8 year olds) and not too scary so it won't scare younger kids.

Everything is good but be careful with the mesh head covering. The seam ripped because we put it on backwards. Had to repair it. Other than that the costume is great!
