the picture of the bed is totally different from what you receive. I thought there could be more cushion in the bed which makes it looks cheap.

We've gone through several beds with my puppy, who just turned one and is crate trained. She would get bored and just tear them up and chew on them. Not this one. From the moment I got it and set it on the floor after coming home, she was curled up on it within minutes! She's never chewed on it, and the inside pillow removes easily for cleaning. I've also used our old flat pillows in the pillowcase, so if something happened to the original stuffing pillow, it's easily replaced with a standard. We then ended up with a kitty who will climb into the dog's crate to nap on this pillow! I'm considering getting a second one for him. Overall, still soft, in good shape, and doesn't show signs of wear, and it should.
