Sturdy wood chest is covered with luxurious leather then highlighted with "gold" pages and hand-painted gold accents. Lift hinged lid on top to reveal a 7 1/2"-deep storage area for valuables. 4"-deep drawer at bottom pulls out to hold keepsakes, family photos. Felt lined. 21 1/4 x15 x19 1/2" high overall with ball feet.

I was so surprised when I received this table. It is larger than I expected, and it was a good value. I purchased it on clearance, and I feel it was worth the money. My study is decorated in a library/book theme, and this was a great addition. I am currently using it as a side table by my reading chair. It is an unique piece, and oh so cute!!!
