After reading the positive reviews here, I purchased the pad and could not be more pleased. Very comfortable and along with the pillow I also purchased[...], I've used the hammock more in 2 months than I have in 2 years. (I use it with a Hawley's Island Rope Hammock.)

I had been looking for a Hammock pad for a few months. When I found this I thought there was no way it could actually be cotton for the price. When I compared with the higher priced Hammock pads at different stores it was the same description. Very Happy!!!! This is soft, comfortable and looks great. No more scratchy nylon rope.

We got tired of using a blanket on our hammock that kept falling off. This is great as it stays in place. We now use our hammock all the time!
The only downfall to this product is that it faded the first day we put it our hammock. But I would still order the product again.

I found myself unwilling to use my rope hammock because it was so uncomfortable, but this hammock pad makes it nice and comfy. Just enough padding. Also makes it much easier to get into and out of the hammock.
