What I just received are not the same rats that I've ordered from Lillian Vernon in the past (the ones in the picture--which were great). These new rats are the ordinary hamster-looking rats you can get anywhere. Disappointing.

These are great! They look so real. WHen I took one out of the box, my 5 year old screamed and asked me if it was real. They look terrific on a bale of hay next to my pumpkins. I've got nothing bad to say about them.

My older brother and I have traded all sorts of things for over 25 years as a practical joke. With these three rats, I believe I will have finally outdone him! They look so realistic, that I have not yet been able to bring myself to remove them from their individual plastic bags. Good job!

We have had so much fun catching people off guard with these realistic looking rats! Particularly funny as our old office had a continuing rat problem. Bringing the fake ones into a new office was pretty funny. To sum it up -- "real fun!"

I never thought I'd use the words rat and cute in the same sentence! And I'll second that cats have serious interest in this purchase. These guys are very realistic and will be used for years to come -- long after the 'Black Pearl' they were purchased for is in dry dock.

These rEALLY look life-like !! I have had such a fun time with them since I got 6 in a few weeks back. They have been great to put at my front door to scare unsusspecting neighbors! These little critters were larger than what I had imagined. The quality was very satisfactory - better than some other pieces (wreaths) I've ordered. The teeth and feet aren't as 'fake' as I thought they'd be. I'm definitely pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.
