I have these five children- 2 girls and 3 boys just like my real grandchildren -circling a globe in my back yard (like they are playing around it)They were a gift from my younger daughter. They repair well - the dog knocked one over and the arm broke off. I just used gorilla glue, let it dry and covered with duck tape - almost the perfect color-it is holding beautifully. I have had folks ask where to get a set. Love it!

I put this in my front garden. They are beautiful with wonderful details. But if they fall, they break (even on mulch) so I am disappointed in them. If they had a hole on the bottom(they are hollow), I could have secured them by placing them over a metal rod inserted into the ground.

I am estatic with these most attractive figures. They are enchanting images which bring additional charm to my entry-way flower garden. The minute details (such as belt buckles, shoe strings, a pattern in the small girl's dress, wrinkles in socks, and creases in clothing) enhance the lifelike features of each individual child. I am delighted that I made this purchase.

We have had these statues for several years. They are very detailed and realistic. Winters are not brutal in central New Jersey, but temps do get below freezing. By now all of them have lost much of their color and show a lot of white. One boy's head has almost cracked through completely exposing what looks like a wooden dowel inside and another one is cracked quite a bit. I would recommend bringing them indoors if winters are very cold.

After looking at them for a year, I purchased the kids as a gift for my parents. I was unsure if they were 2 boys and 3 girls or vis-versa. Since one way it was their children and the other their grandchildren it was perfect. It was the best gift at Christmas and they now occupy an honored position in the front garden.

I bought these as a housewarming gift for my parents to represent the grandchildren. For the price I thought they were amazing. I couldnt believe how huge they were.
Then, I went to vist my parents and two were broken. They told me that one windy night the wind blew them down and broke.
I was very dissapointed that from just tipping over they would break so easily.
But what can you do??? Otherwise, they were nice, except for that.

I have moved into a new home so for my yard and patio I have been looking for an addition that would be unique. This exceeded my expectations. They are timeless---the children could be from 60 years ago or yesterday. Every time I go outside, they still continue to surprise me. You can also mix them up all over the yard. I am so pleased. I have had my kidas for about 8 to 10 years now. My husband threw a fit but when we moved he was the first one to be sure they were following each other at the correct distance. All my friends ask where I got them. I just love my kids.

Since the figurines were placed in a small garden area near the front entrance of my house, I have had people stop and peer up the walkway to see my "family". They are discreetly placed and not completely visible to the street. If you stop and look past some bushes and flowers you discover them coming out of a flower bed and rounding a small tree. Yup, compliments galore and BIG smiles.

My pool enclosure is professionally landscaped and quite beautiful, if you ask me! But it was not fully complete until I added the Follow the Leader statues. They are the highlight of the garden. I have received so many compliments. They are like nothing else I have been able to find! I highly recommend to all!

[...]Put them in between the rocks by our koi pond and it looks like little kids on the rocks. The two that look down were placed on the sides of the pond so they ARE looking into the pond. My husband even liked them and usually he says "we don't need it"...this time he thought they were cute also. Can't wait for my grandchildren to see them - just know they're going to love them too. I'll probably have to order a set for their playhouse!!!

I purchased my first set 5-6 years ago and am going to purchase a new set. I placed the 3 smaller kids in my memorial garden to represent the two sons I lost and for my daughter. I also placed in each of their hands a star solar light stake, fits perfectly between the fingers. They bring me a sense of serenity to look at them. They have weathered very nicely but I suggest bringing them in or covering them if your winters are cold. I gave the two larger children to a friend for his siblings who have passed.

I originally bought a set for my yard. Based on the price my expectations were not all that high. I was more than pleasantly surprised. They are all they promised they would be and more. All my friends love my "kids". Each one has its own personality and whether they're peeking out of the ferns, discovering a newly blossomed flower or playing follow the leader through the yard they are engaging. The second set? My Mom received in time for Mothers Day. How perfect a gift: easy maintenance kids.

As parents of 5 kids, my favorite past time was to watch the kids enjoy time outside in the yard. Now through our window, I can "watch" them frolic in our garden every day of the year, even though they are all grown up!

Our Kindergarden Class bought these statues for their teacher who was leaving. At first I wasn't sure about getting them, but after seeing them we were all thrilled! They are really detailed and look much more expensive than they are.
