You'd expect to pay much more for the grandeur of hand-cast aluminum statues! Images of cranes, regarded as messengers of the gods and symbols of beauty and happiness, have graced the finest landscapes for centuries. Cement-covered aluminum looks like antique statuary. Each crane is a hefty 6 lbs. - strong enough to stand steadily, yet light enough to move easily.

We've had these herons for 3 years now (we put them away during winter months). The first pair came in with a broken leg....with a phone call a replacement was sent out immediately. After 3 years of harsh summer sun, wind, rainfall, and hail, they continue to maintain their finish. I just use stake pins to keep them in place in my garden. Recommend highly!

Cheap materials (not made in the USA). The metal legs snapped on them both in three places. These are not solid metal. In fact I couldnt tell you what they are made of looking at the broken legs. It looked silver like metal, but was more like pressed beads or something like that. The outside finish is nice looking.

Service & Delivery comments:

Return was easy enough and we liked them so much that we are sending them back for replacements. But I wont bother re-ordering again if these arrive busted too.

These were a beautiful addition to our waterfall into our pond/pool. They deteriorated from constant exposure to the elements but we love them so much we are purchasing them again.

I love these birds statues! I was looking for a set to put by my pool and found these. Now that I have them, I'm thrilled with my purchase. They're perfect and look fantastic overlooking the pool. My husband wasn't quite sure how they would look but when I set them up, he understood why I wanted them so bad! He loves them too. They really look as if you spent way more than what they cost.

I did serious online and instore shopping for a attractive and reasonably priced heron figure and this one has filled the bill. I have real blue herons visit the property ocassionally so I now feel I have a permanent resident.
