This mat is beautiful..when it arrives. After sitting on an awning-covered outdoor porch for a year or so and yes, in the rain and the snow, the floral design has become virtually unrecognizable. Since the beautiful floral design was why I had purchased the mat, I was quite disappointed. It certainly is not fade-resistant.
