it arrived as cute as it is in the picture, but within 6 months of being outside my front door it was dingy and worn to the point where you could not even read the word "welcome". And that is having it in a semi covered area. I would not recommend this unless it will not be at all exposed to the elements. Very disappointing as it was so cute when it first arrived.

A great way to welcome your guests/friends. Beautiful colors ... nice design. Suggestion: best used under covered porch (away from direct sun/rain). Will last a very long time under these circumstances. If there isn't a covered porch, this product still looks great and will more than likely last a couple of seasons.
