This dispenser holds a lot of drink. The ice feature actually keeps the entire dispenser cool.
I have used this product 3 times for entertaining. After the third use, the nozzle broke off when a guest was attempting to fill her glass. The durability of the plastic is cheaply made. I have contacted Lillian Vernon to see if I can get a replacement. I have not heard back. I will attempt to contact the manufacturer.
It also drips after a glass is replenished.

The only problem I have had with this is tea leaving a ring in it, but since that is all I put in it, it's not a real problem.
I've used it several times for cook outs and family gatherings and everyone asks where I found it so they could get one. It has made beverages MUCH easier.

This beverage dispenser comes in three pieces - base, reservoir & lid. Given the weight when full to 3 gallon capacity I would have expected that the three pieces secure together somehow, but they do not. The pieces simply sit balanced one on top of the other, a potential 3 gallon clean up waiting to happen. The nossle seems reasonably good quality and hasn't leaked but the unit has no carrying handles. When full and wet that is another potential mishap if you make the mistake of holding onto the sides instead of the bottom.
