I was not very satisfied with this product. Although it appears just as it does in the photo with the engraved initials, the case had many, many scratches when we received it. Very thin metal and covered in scratches. I know the price was good, but I still did expect the condition it was in when I received it.

This is a great gift for the those that are difficult to buy for. I bought one for a friend and she just loves it. Every time we are out to a restaurant, she whips it out of her purse and uses the Splenda she carries in it. One word of CAUTION, however. Be careful of how you enter your monogram when you order. The instructions say "Monogram is always three initials, with last name initial in the center. When entering a monogram, always list the initials in the usual order as first, middle, last. We will automatically style as a monogram for you." I wanted it engraved with initials AUD, so I entered ADU on my order form, thinking they would adjust as the instructions say, but they did not.

This is a great gift - I have lots of friends and colleauges who ask for Splenda at restaurants and there are always places you can't find it. They don't like to use Equal or Sweet & Low, so this way, they can bring their own in a stylish, personalized holder!

Gift for my mother-in-law who prefers the "yellow" sweetner which is not always available when we dine out. Perfect size to fit the sweetners in. Small enough not to take up much room in your purse. Great thing to have.

I ordered several for friends. Just the right size for travel or purses. The shiny silver color with the initials engraved gives this item a touch of class. We live in Europe and our favorite yellow packets are not available in restaurants.

It is very nice and clean looking. It holds several packets and the little arm is on a spring so it really holds the packets so they do not fall out when you open it.

I bought this as a gift for my mother in law last Christmas. She carries it with her everywhere and loves it. In fact, HER mother was jealous so we just bought her one for this Christmas. It is small cute and very handy for sugar packets or lemon packets for water. The custom initials make it personal.

It did not arrive as pictured with the coffee cup engraved. They need to make sure the product is as represented before sending.
