Save money, eliminate waste! Most produce releases gases that accelerate rotting. Green Bags extend life of vegetables and fruits up to 30 days by absorbing and removing gas! Reusable 8-10 times. Set of 20 includes 10 med (15" x 10") and 10 large (17" x 11") bags. As seen on TV!

Comments about Lillian Vernon Debbie Meyer Green Bag Set:

These seem to work for most produce. They don't work well for tomatoes or citrus fruits. Note that they work best when produce is very dry - and unfortunately most markets are spraying water on their produce all day long, so leave items out to dry before bagging them. Items like eggplants and bell peppers do keep much longer. We've also had luck with leafy greens like kale and chard. The only annoyance is cleaning them for reuse - which you'll need to do.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Debbie Meyer Green Bag Set:

These bags save so much wasted money. I've kept bananas for almost a week with these bags. It is perfect. I no longer have to run to the store everyday or so for fruits and veggies. Some produce works better than others but all in all saved time and money.

These bags haven't extended the life of any fruit or vegetable I have put in them. I have had better luck using a ziplok bag with a couple layers of dry paper towel added to the bottom or top of the bag.
