Our house sits back from the street and a wreath doesn't get seen until walking up to the door. I started buying the mailbox swags offered by Lillian Vernon as a means to decorate where the most people can enjoy the view. The Bright Autumn Leaves mailbox swag is beautiful. Everything about it shouts value, especially now that it's price has been lowered even more.

Poor quality for an outside decoration. Shortly after purchasing this product,the color came off of the acorns and now I am left with a bunch of white styrofoam blobs.

Put this on my mailbox and when it got wet color washed off the berries and it looked awful.

Within a couple of days, the red berries literally peeled, resulting in white styrofoam berries that stuck out like a sore thumb. [...] I had to throw it away. Waste of money.

I was very pleased when I received the mailbox swag. However, after placing it on my mailbox within one week the paint from the decorations is peeling off. Now when you look at the swag you see white styrofoam instead of the decoration.

I was very excited to put this on my large mailbox and it looks beautiful. The only problems I have are : if it gets windy, it slides down to one side, I had to secure it to the mailbox with double sided tape. Also, the day after putting it up, the colors began to run with the morning dew. A bit annoying to have to scrub down the white mailbox with bleach, but it only happened once and it came off easily enough. All in all, I do like this product and will probably purchase a Christmas one from [...]

I love the colors and product. Only downfall is that the picture shows swag if put on one side of mailbox. I wanted to drap it over so it hung on both sides and it wasnt nearly as full looking. I may buy a second one so that it looks like the picture on both sides of the mailbox. But it is great looking!

This is very beautiful for a mailbox topper. Everyone in the neighborhood loves looking at it. and the colors are rich and true and the bow is a show stopper. I am very pleased with the price and quality of this item. I read the other review and it gave me an idea to string lights in it.

These colors are magnificent fall colors found in nature without the mess. The ribbon is a sparkling accent, edged in wire to keep the shape. I use these to decorate my outside lights and my driveway posts. The velcro strips hold the swags in place even in fierce winds. The neighbors love it. Try stringing some lights inside for a beautiful effect at night.
