I was happy when I got it but when I used it the drip pan discolored and I was not pleased with that. I would think that stainless steel would retain its color. Clay may be more expensive but I think I like clay better.

I used in my Patio and my kitchen too, and it's really good! No matter if you don't have a BBQ or grill, you can use in your oven to make chicken or steak, also the Kaboots are really good because you don't need to turn for cook, they cooked very well. I recomended 100%.
