They come in a set of two, which wasn't mentioned in the copy, but there were two pictured. We wanted three for a gift, and ended up with an extra three for ourselves, so for us they are twice the value we expected. They seem sturdy and if they hold up in the sun well, they should be a nice addition to an otherwise barren fence for years to come.
I drilled three holes in the bottom so rain would be able to drain. This is recommended if they will be in the weather, but otherwise they were very complete and ready to hang.
