The picture makes it look great... but then you put in your shoes and clothes, and it sags at the top cubby. Rather disappointing.

The top doesn't lay flat [unlike in the image shown] when you add shoes and sweaters to the compartments. It should be redesigned to bring the velcro across most of the top and not just in the middle/

I love the design of the organizer. it is very versatile due to the different sizes in the organizer. The one drawback is it appears the manufacturer used cardboard for the band at the bottom entrance of each section. The cardboard bends and this causes it to sag. It would have be a much studier organizer if they had used a thick plastic instead of cardboard.

I bought this for my toddler's closet - I use the large pockets for sweaters, track suits, and other bulky items and the smaller compartments for her shoes/shoe boxes and other accessories. Because her clothing is very small/lightweight, it works perfectly. Although it seems fairly sturdy, I would caution putting too many articles of clothing or heavy shoes in this - it might rip under too much pressure.
