You get 2 shakers for salt/pepper and 2 larger sizes for other spice needs. We use the salt and pepper shakers daily. The lids help keep the salt from getting clumpy in the gulf coast humidity and the easy push-button design makes one hand us a breeze and you don't lose the lid! The only drawback is in the durability of the push-buttom mechanism...ours seems to be suffering from too much wear and tear after only 6 months...the button pops out a little too much - and it is becoming loose - don't know how long it will last!

I love these spice jars. The jars are easy to open. When you use them the perfect amount comes out of the shaker. They are the best jars I ever had!
