As everyone has stated, its very pretty but smaller. If you have kids you must stress its not to be sat on, because the second they used it as a bench it cracked. We put our shoes in the new one and so far so good. It is slightly flimsy and not made as sturdy as it appears. But for the price you cant beat it!

I bought this bench several years ago and stored linens, blankets and holiday items in it. It is very roomy and sturdy. However, I did not use it as a seat, just as an accent piece. It was placed under a large picture window in our living room, which was the perfect spot. Unfortunately, our cats damaged it so we had to throw it away last year when we remodeled our house. I just bought another one because I really miss seeing it under the window. Great sale price, too (saw the EXACT same one on a wicker site for $50 more). Was very happy this item was still available.

I like this a lot but the first time someone sat on it, one of the supports broke. The other one hasn't broke even with poeple sitting on it. I am going to ask for the top to be replaced.
