when my kids saw these ornaments wit there names on it they thought it was the coolest thing they love it alot i myself need the string to b a little bit longer for ease of hangin on the tree but otha than that i liked it a lot the look was shiny and it seems very delicate want it to last a long time i hope so ...

This was a cute ornament but the names were not printed in the correct order. I kept it anyway. I also ordered the penguins and snowmen, and this was definitely the best of the 3. The penguins and snowmen had poor personalization quality. I would have recommended this if not for the poor quality of the other 2 ornaments. I don't think you can rely on the consistency of quality.

I ordered for my daycare children's families as gifts - liked so much wound up orderng one for all of my husbands siblings families as well as for all my siblings families for additional x-mas gifts. In all I ordered 26 and was very pleased with all of them. Got many, many compliments. And with the return policy I was even able to return and exchange the few that I made mistakes on name spellings without any hassle. Will continue to by in the future definitely!!

Hit and miss

I ordered two of these as Christmas gifts. The four-bear ornament is absolutely adorable, I'm very pleased with the paining and lettering. The two-bear ornament, however, is painted much more poorly. The paint is sloppy in places and the lettering is off-centered in the heart which is very noticable. (Fortunately, it's a gift for our 80-year-old grandparents and I don't think they'll notice or care!) I was surprised at the quality of the material, however. I was a little nervous at buying resin ornaments because they often feel or look cheap, but this material is quite shiny and porcelain-like. I would still recommend this item because it is adorable, but buy with time to return if you're not satisfied with the quality.

Cute item. Would order again. However, the paint was "off" a bit in some areas. For example, the red of the bear's hat was on a small part of the white brim area. Some other small areas had paint scuffs or marks in other colors.
