I specifically ordered the lunch box because the name was supposed to be embroidered, but it arrived with an iron-on name--very disappointing

Cute lunch box but don't get the monogram. The monogram on my daughters was ironed on. What a dissapointment.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was late, late, late! I ordered in November. Box was crushed! Was told I would have replacement by Christmas but did not. I will most likely not order from them again.

The lunchbox is roomy with great pockets and features. The personalization, however, was a disappointment. The name was put on with velvet iron on letters. Those won't last long and then your name ends up missing letters.

This is a cute lunch box which has a matching backpack, however, I was disappointed to see the personalization was put on the lunch box at a rushed pace. My son's name is not put on straight...a ruler was definitely not used which is disappointing due to the price.

My kids love the lunch boxes. They seem to have ample room and will work great. The only complaint I have is the cheap personalization on the lunch. They put their names on with some felt material which probably won't last very long.

I bought this particular lunch box because I read reviews of other Lillian Vernon lunches boxes that had stick-on letters for the name. The description for the camouflage lunch box indicates that it is custom-embroidered with the name. I have an older Lillian Vernon lunch box that does have the name embroidered. I am very disappointed that this lunch does not have the one feature that I was really looking for when it said in the description that it would.

I really liked the lunch bag. I bought it for my son's school lunch. The only thing I did not like was that the personalization was done with fuzzy stickers and not real embroidery like the matching messenger bag we purchased. It makes it look cheap to me. I would recommend not personalizing it since they can't use real embroidery.

It fits nicely in my son's school bag. LOVE the pocket in the inside. It holds the ice pack wonderfully and having it personalized makes sure I get my son's back from Kindergarten and not someone else's lunch box.

BUT the water bottle takes up too much room.
