My daughter has had this bag for 4 years and it has lasted and held up. I do find that the zipper could open a little more but it serves the purpose. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this for my granddaughters and it broke after the first time. I exchanged it without any trouble but it broke again. My granddaughters are not hard on things. I would not recommend buying this. It just falls apart and is a waste of money. It looks nice but it's not durable and it's hard to get things in and out of the main compartment.

The quality is not what I expected for the price. Maybe, I would pay $10 and not be so upset with the quality. The main zipper opens only the TOP HALF leaving the opening very limited. The extra pockets on the sides are the reasons the zipper can't open the entire 3 sides. The handle is weak plastic.

My daughter received one for christmas as an overnight bag. It is very cute and fit a lot of items. The main con is that the zippers are very cheap. One of the zippers for the main area broke after the 3rd use. I was the one zipping up the suitcase when it broke.

Disappointed that the large compartment does not unzip on three sides. The bag is more like a bookbag.
