I have carry this purse (Red) and continue to get compliments on it! More so than any of my expensive purses. Mine is at least 10-12 years old. At the time I purchased it the price was $12.00 each or two for $20.00! I ordered and gave away several. I am forwarding the email address to a friend that "wanted one just like it" at church yesterday.

I carry tote back & forth to work everyday. Love that I can carry my water bottle and umbrella all the time. The straps are the first to show wear. Wish they were longer and padded. Haven't been able to find a tote comparable in the stores. Will be purchasing my third bag. Was lucky when I purchased first two. Purchased them on sale for ([$]).

This is a nice, little, cheap bag. What do you expect for [$]. I knew from reading the reviews that I might have some issues with it and I figured I'd get it until I found a better bag. Yes, I have trouble with the strap staying on my shoulder if my coat is too bulky. The straps work better with my corduroy coat. You can get a lot in this little bag. I haven't had time to shop for a better bag, but in the meantime...this is just fine[$]!!! What a bargain.

I feel the bag is not finished well. It looks better on the internet than when you are actually holding it. Not well made,the straps feel unfinished and if the bag slips off your shoulder it just about rips the skin off your arms. I don't recommend it.

The complainers must not bother using the zoom feature online. The black bag CLEARLY doesn't have black stitching and the bag CLEARLY does NOT look like soft supple leather. If you would stop ordering just to be shopping and KNOW your product you would be happier. I can see if the leather is soft or not in a magazine. If it LOOKS hard chances are it is HARD Leather.

I own one of every color and carry nothing else. I love the cell phone pocket and use the other outside pocket for my glasses. I can answer my phone without taking my bag off my shoulder. The inside small pocket is where I store my keys. No digging to find them. This is a must have purse!!!

[...]the threading on this tote is a redddish brown and on line it doesnt show that.it looks all black as what i wanted.the tote is stiff and the straps arent that long.not a shoulder tote as i wanted.but i did buy some mink oil to maybe try to soften it up some...i love the size and pockets just not satisfied with the rest of the tote.....not sure if i will order anything else....

I love this bag because i can keep my small umbrella in the outside pocket in easy reach. The other outside pocket I use for my cell phone. I like that it is tall because I am a teacher and I often put a file folder with papers and bills and reach them easily. The zip pocket inside is good for keys however I have a special key chain with a decorative hook that I hang from the top side of my bag. The keys are safely tucked inside and I just lift the hook to retrive my keys. I like the sleek undecorated lines of the bag because it looks good with anything I wear.[...]

I keep buying purses looking for the one that is the right height, enough pockets/zipper compartments, smooth black leather, can carry by straps or over shoulder. This is it. I love it (do wish the top allowed zipper close though) but it is deep enough I don't have problem with things falling out and it sits upright without falling over. I gasped with disappointment when I received this product -- it smells like cheap leather and one of the straps has a permanent curl in it. Simply not what I was expecting. Also, the product photo on the website is deceiving, making it look bigger than it actually is.

this is a great bag for this price. The quality of the leather is excellent, won't wear quickly. The strap could have been a bit longer, but it is not uncomfortable. There is enough room in this bag, and because of the separated areas, it is easy to organize your things. I use the side pockets (on the outside of the bag) for my cellphone and address book. This bag could stand up to bags 10 times the price.
