This item is described on the website as "plush velour". I even called customer service before ordering to confirm that it was velour. I guess the representative basically read the description herself and confirmed it was so. The "plush velour" description is incorrect. It feels just slightly fuzzy, sort of very thin velveteen. It is definitely not velour.

This is adorable but has an extremely cheap zipper. It lasted less than 6 months having only been used a few times. [...] I'm stuck with an expensive blanket trimmed in zipper. My daughter was disappointed.

I read the other reviews before buying this, so I knew what to expect, but just as previously mentioned it would be great if this had a bag and if the personalization could be done in block letters for small children that can't read cursive yet. Even though there is no bag or ties, it isn't very bulky, so it can be folded pretty well. I got one each for my 4 and 6 year old girls and they love them. Worked well for my 6 year old's first slumber party.

It looks really nice and the name on it is great. I am not crazy about the feel I thought it would softer. Also disappointed there was not a bag to put the bag in for the price I expected that.

Although my daughter loves her new sleeping bag, I was disappointed. There is no case to store the bag or ties to roll it up. For the price, I would have expected at least standard sleeping bag storage to be included.
