The shelves are cute, but non-functional. They do not hang on the wall correctly. If you put anything that is slightly heavier they will break. I had to do some engineering on them to have them hang without dumping everything into the floor.

the way these things attach to the wall is very poorly designed....needs to be improved greatly...i had to install very unsightly brackets to get the proper function out of the product

Easy assembly, but not strong enough to hold much at all.
Colors are bright, hard to get to stay in place on wall.
The hardware included is not good enough or strong enough to hold shelves.

I put these in bay girls room and they are so cute. the only downfall is you can see the black scres, they should include the screw caps or something. but still adorable. not made for heavy items but i still put them to good use for smaller keepsakes. very easy to put together, i think it took 5 min. overall i really like them.

These shelves look really cute on my 4 year old daughter's room. I would agree that they are a bit difficult to put together and install. Lining up the ends with the shelves and then having to fit them to the wall was tricky but once they're up, they're great.

Very cute and easy to put together. The dry wall anchors that they come with are very poor and easily pull out of the wall. I had better luck with different anchors.

My husband and I just redocorated our six-year old's bedroom, and she loves it! The Shelving unit is bright and adorable and offers the perfect place to display some memorable photos and keepsakes. My only recommendation would be to colour the screws which are sligtly visible or provide coloured nubby thingys to cover the screws. That said, I love them and so does our daughter!

The shelves are just as pretty on the wall as they are in the book. However, you can not display any heavy items on it. Only for small trinketts.

We used these shelves in my daughter's nursery. They are so cute and they are perfect for those little items that people have given her like a piggy bank, picture frame, silver rattle and some stuffed animals.

The shelves are very pretty accents for a little girl's room. They are easy to assemble and annoying to install. Once up however we are extremely pleased with them. They are not able to hold heavy objects.

These shelves are perfect for our 1 year old daughter's bedroom. They display her treasures beautifully. The colors are gorgeous and the butterflies/fireflies are the perfect size. Everyone who sees them compliments these lovely shelves.
They are very easy to put together, however installation was a bit difficult. I would not have been able to install them myself, I left that part to my husband.
You will love these shelves! They are well made and seem very sturdy for small collectibles and pictures. I definitely recommend them!

The shelves look just as nice in person as they do on the website. Extremely easy to put together (if I was able to do that all by myself, you KNOW it was easy).
As for installation, I do agree with other reviews that they were a little difficult to level, but no more so than any other shelf we've hung on our walls.
If you are looking to put heavy items on shelves, these are NOT the shelves for you. But if you're looking to enhance a young girl's room with small items, which was our purpose, then these shelves are PERFECT!

These shelves are adorable and complement my daughter's room so well, however, her goal was to have somewhere to put her snowglobe collection and the shelving is just not sturdy/heavy enought to hold them. One shelf actually came out of the wall once we put 2 snow globes on it. Perfect for picture frames and trinkets.
