The one BIG point they don't make about this item is the flag with the name is separate. It attaches with velcro. So within a minute, my daughter had removed the flag. I'm sure the flag will be lost within a week. Disappointing.

I bought 4 of these for my grand kids. I bought 2 of the fairies design and the seams around the design began to fall apart on day one! I called Lillian Vernon and after making a huge stink, they agreed to send me the unicorn covers for free. I really appreciated this rectification. However, the unicorn one is coming apart too!
But the biggest problem is that these bean bags get flattened very quickly. My 4 y.o. granddaughter only used it for about a month and it is already flat. This is very disappointing because they have very attractive covers. but the quality is extremely poor.
I noticed that of the 4 bags I received, one of them (which had to be replaced because it arrived ripped) has bigger beads inside which made the bean bag sag more slowly. If you really want to purchase bean bags from them, maybe you can ask them to send you the one with larger bead inserts.
One of the 4 bean bags came ripped and I had to get it replaced. When they replaced it, they sent a different type.
Customer service was very helpful but I just don't think this company makes good products.... It's too bad as I really like many of their designs.

I dont really understand what the other reviews are talking about I Read them and ordered anyway.It came was not flat at all in fact it was really full the kids love it I give it a thums up and Iam REALLY picky

When this supposed beanbag chair arrived today I was excited to open it and see what it looked like. My jaw dropped.
This thing is flat as a pancake, and not at all like the picture of the little sitting on it. Worse than that, I waited to receive it for the Christmas party at my house to give to my 3 year old granddaughter. Now I will return it, and the cover too and was promised that LV will send a new one. Too late for the surprise but this one will go back as soon as the other arrives. If the next one is as bad everything goes
back and never again will I order from LV

Just seeing a child atop this bean bag makes me laugh. How many inserts did they put in one bean bag to accomplish this photo? At least three would be my guess.
After a month of use the bean bag is flat and lifeless. I do not care for the way it washes. Even though I iron it, it still looks like it needs to be ironed. The part with the momogramming attaches with velcro and will be lost before no time.
The picture is very misleading.
