Beanbag cover doesn't seem the best quality, hopefully it will last at least a year.

Service & Delivery comments:

It took 3 months to receive my order, I contacted Lillian Vernon at least a dozen times and got the runaround. They said it was a manufacturers problem but when I wanted to call the manufacturer they wouldn't give me a name or number. Customer service lied to me over and over again.

The cover is nice and easy to wash, but the insert went flat within a year's time. To buy the new insert, it cost almost as much as the original product!

My 4 yr. old uses this every day to watch TV. The first one we ordered became as flat as a pancake, but the replacement seems to have plenty of filling.

Service & Delivery comments:

When I ordered this item it was "Out of Stock" however, it arrived within a week! From reading some of the other comments, I had expected to have to wait several months. Quick delivery!

I ordered these for my sons beanbag chairs, they are a good value and very comfy. They don't last as long as I would like (the beans flatten and you need another replacement after about 6-8 months) but I guess nothing's perfect.

I ordered bean bags with covers last year. The fill was very poor quality and it filled less than half of the bag. My children and I were disapointed. I ordered refills with this new manufacturer and am VERY PLEASED! They fill the covers and are comfortable for both kids and adults. It is kind of frustrating how long it takes the order to arrive, unlike most other [...] products but the end result was worth it.

Have ordered three beanbags at different times and the only reason I keep ordering from here is because you can't find them anywhere else. Every time I have ordered it the insert is delayed/out of stock and I don't receive it until a month or two later. I ordered one for my niece at Christmas in early October and received it late January. Same thing for my nephew's birthday - still waiting for it to arrive. No one can give you any indication as to when you will receive it and why it is delayed. LM just puts all of the blame on the manufacturer (who you can't contact) and takes no responsibility for partnering with a vendor that is unreliable. Delays can be understandable and tolerable if there is someone or something to explain. but 3 times is enough and I am done ordering these. Order with caution! Oh, and the bags smell when you first get them so do not put them in a child's room until it has time to air out. And the stiching of the name comes out pretty easily.
