I have to agree with what others wrote with the fact that the engraving is very poorly done. I also found it a challenge to reinsert the plastic protectors and the corners kept getting bent.
When considering the cost of the bracelet, the quality isn't bad, but I just wish I had looked around a bit beforehand and perhaps spent more for something better.

This is pretty flimsy, the bracelet is held together with elastic thread (like childrens bracelets), and the photos have a thin piece of plastic to cover them with. I bought for mother-in-law who has large wrists and she almost broke it putting it on.
I would have returned it had i not personalized it. Way over priced.

Keep your loved ones close to your heart and thoughts all day long. If you order photos that come with a proof sheet, use those little thumbnail images for the bracelet. I've had one of these bracelets for about 6 months. I'm careful about taking it off to wash my hands but I really love it!

This is a wonderful gift for someone if you make it for them. The easiest way I found to size down pictures was using the computer. I used a photo program to crop and edit my digital pictures. To print you specify the size: width 0.7 and height 0.6. I agree that the charm looks cheap. Close up face shots look the best.

the charm is terrible -- poorly engraved, cheap looking. the bracelet itself is nice for the price. After several months of wearing it, the cord is starting to stretch out, but I can still wear it. the biggest con is that the plastic that covers the photos either doesn't stay on or looks scratched. also, as another reviewer said, the minute you get water near it, the photos get ruined. You'll need to take it off every time you wash your hands. On the up side, I left off the cheap charm, inserted nicely scaled black & white photos, and it looks great. Next time, I'll spend more money and get a higher quality version in real silver.

Brought this as a gift. The most disappointing was the personalized engraved charm that comes with it. One charm was missing all together and the other two were poor quality. One letter was off center and both were barely visible and simply poorly done. I'm not bothering to get the missing one or even including the ones I have with the bracelets. Overall it's an OK item, nothing that spectacular. What will make it special is your own work of putting in pictures on it.

I gave this to one of my best friends for her 40th birthday. I even had photos of her family to insert into the frames, and it was very easy to put together. She wore it to school while picking up her children and her teacher noticed it and ordered one for herself and her mother and sisters. A great keepsake gift.

I've gotten many compliments on this bracelets.
The charm came off long ago and the plastic over the pictures will not stay on after you change the pictures.
Don't get the bracelet near water or your photo's will be damaged.

The engraving looks poorly done/cheap. I have seen other companies engraving and it looks much more professional and visible. I do like the bracelet though.
