The bracelet that I received was just okay, nothing special. The clasp shown in the picture on the website is different from the bracelet I received. Also the engraved charm is made from a different kind of metal so its a different color.

I was a little disappointed in this product, I bought two bracelets as Christmas presents. First, it doesn't have a toggle clasp. Second, I can barely see the engraving, and third, it came with a spare charm, that's smaller than the other charm, and I'm not sure what it's for.

The merchandise does not look as good as the photo. The engraving is so lightly done, you can barely see the initials.
