I have the product in a corner in between a wardrobe and a dresser. It holds quite a lot of my shoes and is real help for being organized. It was definitely made for ladies shoes and not men's shoes. My husbands shoes are too big to fit on it properly. It works fine with my size 8 shoes and I am happy with the product. It doesn't turn as well as I would like, and I have to pay attention to balancing the shoes or it starts to lean.

Oh I should have read the reviews first. Ordered 5, unwrapped 1. Put 2 pairs of men's shoe on the rack and it broke. Never opened the other 4. Why bother?? Sending all 5 back to store. Still looking for another alternative.

I was so excited to get this. It looked good and didn't take up alot of space in the closet. This shoe rack only lasted a few months. It is broken beyond repair. It can't handle the weight of ordinary shoes. I would not recommend this product at any price. I can't believe Lillian Vernon is still selling this.

You chose not to print my original review. Since then I have taken it to a friend who is handy repairing things. We replaced the bolt or screw that holds the base to the rest of the product with a heavier bolt and lock nut. That has made it a lot sturdier and hopefully will enhance the rotating shoe rack. The idea is great but the overall structure needs to be reinforced. The way it is currently built, I would not recommend to a friend. It would not take a lot to make this a very worth while item to purchase.

Very excited about this product until i got it. [...]. I put my 4 yr old's shoes on it (not mine or my husbands) about 6 shoes on each tier - not as many as it could hold. All the spokes have separated from each of the 3 tiers within a few short weeks, causing the tiers to lay on the floor now and making this shoe rack unable to be used for anything. What a total waste of $. [...]

This product is GREAT for kids shoes but is NOT strong anough to hold adult shoes - especially not mens shoes which are heavier. We had this for less than a week and the tier holding the adult shoes had two broken supports. I recommend this ONLY if you need storage for children's shoes.

I have tons of shoes and needed additional storage in my bedroom closet. It took a long time to assemble as the main pole would not go together easily. I resorted to using a rubber mallet to force it down. When it was finally together, it wobbled considerably. After adding the shoes, it was no better.

I bought this for my husband's shoes. Two of the racks broke when I loaded them with shoes. Also, there was not enough room between shoe hangers for mens shoes to fit, so you had to skip hangers.

We bought this to use just inside doorway for kids & adult shoes. Adult shoes did not fit well and if we didn't "balance" the shoes perfectly, it tended to fall over. Just our cat walking past would sometimes cause it to tip over.
We were very disappointed.

I read previous reviews that described the product as flimsy, and was hesitant to purchase this, but felt it was worth a try, because my closet had no more room for conventional shoe racks. This rack is wonderful! 18 pairs of shoes in a vertical space & it revolves. Also makes it easy to put the shoes right back. My sister, queen of the many shoes, saw it & loved it. I'm sending one to her as a present. It is a little wobbly, but that hasn't been an issue and the convenience far outweighs having to keep it balanced.

Not strong enough for the maximum number of shoes that it is supposed to hold. Mine broke from the weight of the shoes.

I was really disappointed with this product. The stainless steel bass is strong but the white pvc-coated iron wire is not strong enough to hold the weight of the shoes. After placing the shoes on the pvc ring around the T base it broke from the base. The concept is good but the way the pvc is connected needs to be reworked.

I read the reviews prior completing this purchase. This is the type of shoe organizer that fits perfectly into my closet. It is very easy to assemble, and practical on its use. Yet, it gets jiggly or somewhat unstable, specially if you have more shoes on one side...dah! something to expect. However, even with the same amount of shoes all around, it is not as stable as I wished. Yet, I am satisfied with this item, and I would recommend it to my friends.

The first tier already broke. It's at a slant. I'm wide width so the shoes don't fit right. This was made for people with average feet. I wanted this so that I can have my shoes nice and neat and at hands reach.
