Tho they are both cute, the Sterling Silver Mary Janes overpower the boy sneakers. I have seven charms and they all bunch together on the necklace. I am looking for silver balls to insert on the chain in between each to separate them to make them all visible. Any advise on where to find this item???

Have six grand-children, three great-grandchildren and expecting another great-grand child in February, will add sneaker or mary-jane then. The snake chain works great for lots of shoes. My engravings have not worn off. Just "crimp" bale and they will not come off.

I bought several as a gift for my mom to represent each grandchild. She had them less than 6 months and you couldn't read any of the names on the shoe bottoms. She still loves them and wants more for the newest members, eventhough we dont expect the engraving to stay on.

First, the pictures are very accurate. What you see is pretty much what you get. The best thing about these charms is that they are not too big to put on a charm bracelet or wear on a necklace. Especially when you have more than a couple of grandkids. To prevent the charms from clumping together, I would put polished sterling silver spacer beads in between each charm.
Here is my only disappointment. When I ordered my charms I was given an estimated delivery date. When that date had passed, I checked the on-line delivery status. It could not find my order. So I called personally. I was told they had been out of stock and only then were able to process the order. I was not notified in any way that there had been a problem or that they were going to be late. So I did not have them in time to give them to my mother for her birthday. I received them weeks later. I did not recieve any compensation for my trouble either. I would suggest giving yourself a lot of time to receive these.

These charms are so cute in the picture. But they are much larger than you expect them to be. The sterling silver charm looks very cheap and poorly made. The engraving on the bottom of the shoe was off-center and crooked. I couldn't give this as a gift!

When I bought this item I was expected to get the right one, but I got a sliver Mary Jane instead the pink one. The item description wasn't clear.
Personalization isn't accurate, there is a missing letter.

I ordered one for my daughter when she had our first grandchild. We all loved it. I'd been looking for the right shoe charms for a necklace representing my son and two daughters for a long time, and loved the look and price of these! I got all silver because the pink enamel were sold out. My only complaint with this product is that the silver Mary Jane charms are a bit bigger (wider) than the boy shoe. But other than that, I love this necklace and charms and get lots of compliments whenever I wear it!

SO upset had 1 month and already lost one. The clasp on the sterling silver booties VERY CHEAP...The charm somehow slipped off the chain while I was wearing it and cannot find. I have an enamel one and the clasp is GREAT but the sliver ones are NOT up to par!!! Would recommend to a friend but ONLY THE ENAMEL ones.

The actually necklace and charms were nice but the engraving was not centered and part of the engraving was not even on the charm. I gave this as a gift and was quite embarrassed by the lack of attention to detail. For [$] a charm and I bought 3 of them and [$] for the chain, it was not worth it!!

I was waiting for my charms to come and when they did I was a little disappointed with the engraving. It was not centered nicely. The first letter of one of the names was practically off the sole of the shoe, leaving space on the other end. Its a cute idea but the workmanship of the engravers is less than desirable. I'd recommend the shoe maybe but not getting engraved if you want that part to look good.
