Supple personalized leather shoulder bag is a go-with-everything bag loaded with features! Fits nice and close to the body and is made to exacting specifications: Roomy 11" x 12" H with 2 1/2" gusset. Top zipper secures contents. Attached inside pouch protects cell phone and ends frantic digging. 3 pockets (2 outside, 1 with zip inside) organize everything. Inch-wide strap buckle adjusts, goes easily over shoulder. I really like this bag but after less than 2 months of use the buckle broke on the shoulder strap. Worthless piece of engraved leather now. Very disappointed.

I loved this bag the first time I bought it--don't remember when. But I was disappointed when the strap started to tear away. I am not rough with my bags; the bag just did not last very long. I was hoping it was a fluke and ordered the bag again in September 2009. By November the lining under the large inner pocket was tearing away. There is now a huge gap there. I am so disappointed.

Good purse, but needs some improvement

I would buy this purse over and over again AND in both colors. The strap is the right size and stays on my shoulder. I have enough room and compartments. It's an ideal purse.

My complaint is that I have to replace the buckle whenever I purchase this purse because it breaks easily. Also, the last time I bought this purse, the lining wasn't sewn in well and the stitching came undone. I have gone to a shoe repair shop to have the buckle replaced.

I bought this bag and loved the size and design. Unfortunately, the strap came loose within weeks. I don't keep a lot of items in my purse, but need to have room for larger lightweight items like diapers from time to time so that I don't have to carry two bags. I was very disappointed in the quality of the construction of this bag.

I just returned from travel abroad and bought the purse specifically for that purpose. I loved the size of the bag and the ease of carrying. The outside pockets were great for tickets, post cards, brochures, etc. Unfortunately, by the end of the first week, the lining ripped away, at first the liner caught in the zipper, then when the whole thing pulled away, it was impossible to get to my wallet, passport, makeup and camera. I would suggest that the manufacturer insert more pockets inside to distribute the weight and to double or triple stitch the lining to prevent this from happening again. After two weeks of use, it is in my recycling.

Excellent purchase for the price. Lightweight and yet it is a quality bag. I bought it in black, and needed it for travel. It is perfect for sight-seeing, day-trips, and everyday use. It is a bag that I have felt safe carrying around with me while traveling, and it is stylish enough as well.

Purchased in black. They don't get much cheaper looking than this (not like photo). Very basic: poor quality 'design' construction and stiff leather made worse by the contrast stitching. I've seen far better in vinyl.
The tacky "monogram" is only a metallic paint stamp of capital letters - no style and definitely NOT as described in the instruction info.

Have returned it for refund.

I have been drawn to this bag for a long time but never made the purchase. Finally with ordering a Christmas gift, I decided to buy it. I needed a purse in brown. All of my other bags are black for the winter. I love, love the look of the bag itself. It has a great length for the strap, compartments are so nice. The only problem I have is the color. The brown color is very outdated. Not the new dark, deep brown. This is more of a tanish brown color. It matches non of my shoes, or items. I will be sending it back to get a black one though. I love this bag just not that color...I did not have it monogrammed. When I get tired of a bag, I pass it on and I wanted to be able to do so after a long time....

This purse is so practical for caring my business papers and I can carry it across my shoulders or adjust to carry on one shoulder. I like the outside pockets for easy access of cell and ink pens as well as credit cards. They do not fall out either. It has a nice cell phone pocket on the inside and a good zipper pocket on the inside as well for the small items that can get lost. It is so tall for my legal papers and that is what I love about it. I can put them in my purse and zip it up. I have the brown one and my intial on it and get compliments even from men. The one thing I hated about it was the buckle came apart when I first got it and repaired it myself with plyers. Other than that it is so a keeper and would get as a business gift. It is a good length over my shoulder and I can access anything easily with it right there in front of me. It is so light with a purse full. I can't brag enough about this purse.
