I bought this tote bag as a birthday gift. I will be returning it, as I am too embarassed to give it to my sister in law. The personalization is very cheap looking, appears to be some kind of stick on letter, and is actually crooked! I cannot believe this would pass inspection. I am very disappointed and will reconsidering any future orders.
