I bought this for my daughter for school LAST year, and it held up great!!! I threw it in the washing machine (which I'm not sure is recommended), and she will be using it for school again this year!

Very disappointed in the quality of the personalization on my daughter's bag compared to my son's. There is only one letter different in their names and the personalization on my daughter's is much smaller than my son's. Would have liked for them to look similar.

I bought 8 of these and gave them as gifts to my daughter and my nieces and nephews. They all loved them. The bags are good size and the monogram is great. When I received them my sister commented that she wanted one so I got her the next size up. She loves it.

I purchased 10 of these bags for Christmas gifts. After opening christmas gifts, most kids put all of their gifts into them. Some kids told us they were going to use them to for their sports. I also purchased for my two girls and plan on using them for our airline travel we will be doing soon.

We bought the camo color for our son, and added the personalization with his name! He loved it when it arrived and wanted to take it to school the next day to show his friends. His sister got a similar bag, in another style, from Lillian Vernon, with her name, also. We were very happy with both! Recommend for the kids to take and load their toys up in, books, clothes for overnighters, etc.

Inconsistent monogram placement

I ordered two of these bags for holiday gifts for my two nieces. One is pink/green and the other is pink/purple. Both are monogrammed. However, the monograms are not in the same place on the two bags. On one, it's placed like the example in the photo (centered vertically on the zipper pocket). On the other, it's very near the top, just under the zipper. I am not happy with these. We are giving them to two sisters, and it looks like one has been done incorrectly since they are not the same.

I purchased this bag for my daughter to use for Soccer and it's great. All of her gear and also a soccer ball fit nicely inside. The embroidery is great as well. We will definitely use this bag for other activities as well as for overnight and weekend trips. For the price, you can't beat it!

I was so happy with my purchase of the 19 and 23 inch duffel in purple and pink. I made the mistake of ordering the watermelon colors for a friend- personalized - and they dont match at all and there was nothing that could be done. DONT TRY TO MATCH THE GREEN AND PINK!
