The only con to this bag was the embroidery... it was way too small for the size of the bag... it almost looks out of place. The pictures on the website show it bigger than it is. I would have prefered all capital letters as well and I entered it on the order form but it came in lower case letters... I would suggest a differnt font as well.

I ordered this bag for my 9 year old son to take to camp because it has wheels and I thought that would make it easy for him to pull it around. It's great that you can pack a lot in it and the front and side pockets are handy too.

The only problem is that it was too heavy for my son to carry with the shoulder strap and he had a really hard time pulling it around by the front handle. It kept hitting him in the back of the knees (very awkward). If it only had a pull-out handle for better leverage, it would be perfect. As it is, my husband and I end up carrying the load.

I purchased two of these rolling duffles for my boys at Christmas thinking they would have them for a while. We used them twice and a wheel completely broke off one of them, leaving a hole in the bottom of the bag. We can't use it. On the other bag, the zipper got caught once and it pulled away at the seam. We can't use that one either. We didn't even have them packed very full. If you're looking for something durable, I suggest using a different product.

I love this bag. I bought it for my 8 year old to take to his grandparents for the summer. This bag gave me all the room I needed and then some. I worried when I got it how it would handle air travel but it handled it like a champ and even made it through my son's camping experience. I do wish that it had a hard bottom and more compartments but the front pocket is fine for slipping in those last minute items. It was hard for my son to handle but that is because it was so big, so I can't complain, I had no problem handling it and neither did my older child. If you're looking for a bag that you'll be able to carry everything a child could need plus some this is truly the bag for you.

I bought 2 of these bags for my 2 sons, ages 8 and 5, for our trip to Disneyland. I had thier initials embroidered instead of thier names and it turned out great! The bag was a little much for my 5 yr. old to muscle, (which I expected) but my husband had no problem carrying the bag with the nice straps, while pulling his own suitcase. They were so easy to spot on the luggage carousel, compared to my all so common black suitcase. They really hold a lot. I could even pack my sons backless booster seat in the bag. It even held the long double sided light sabers they made at Disney! I'm thinking of getting these for me and my husband. The only thing that I need to work on, is organizing the inside better. Things can easily get mixed up. Maybe I'll make some-kind of dividers to seperate things inside. For the price, the size, personalized feature and quality of this bag. It's a excellent buy!!

Purchased this for a family trip and for my daughter to take to summer camp. It is very large and holds a lot, but that is the potential problem; it was difficult for me to carry when fully packed, I don't believe my daughter will be able to carry it on her own at camp. If I had it to do again, I would purchase the version with wheels. It also makes it difficult to find things inside, so organizing pockets inside would have been helpful.

That said, this bag survived a trip by airplane and a cross-country train trip without any problem. Definitely was worth the money

I purchased four of these in different colors for my neices and nephew for Christmas. They travel a lot and the different colors are great so the kids know right away which is their bag. Dad loves the wheels so each child can carry their own bag. They are VERY roomy with two outside pockets (one is mesh), but a few extra pockets inside would have been nice. The embroidered names are great, but were diffent in size and could have been a bit larger. (Maybe this is due to the number of letters.) Overall they were a great gift.

My family and I travel a good bit. I have 3 boys and ordered the bags for various trips, vacations and church camp. The bag is a great size, and although we have had little use of the product thus far, seems very durable. The only aspect I was not pleased with was the monogramming. Only one of the bags was monogrammed as I had ordered. The names were not mispelled, the font was just too small for the bag and I had ordered the names in all caps but only one of the bags was done this way. Overall, I am well please with the quality of the bag.

Each of our 6 kids have their own bag with their name on it. Perfect for the RV and because of the wheels it is easy for them to pull outside so Daddy can pack them away. And when they have a sleepover it is big enough to put their sleeping bag, pillow, and clothes inside. I like how they fold up and store in the top of the closet. So glad I found these bags.
