However, upon receiving it I was extremely disappointed. My last name is one word but has a capital letter in the middle of it. Although I was told that it could be personalized with the letter capitalized in the middle, I received the sign with a lower case letter in the middle. I called to have it fixed, and I was sent a new sign with my last name spelled as two words. I called AGAIN and was told my name could not be dne as one word with a capital letter in the middle; it either had to be two words with a capital or one word without. I asked if I could send the sign back and just receive a blank sign so I could write my name on it, but they said no because they already attmepted to fix it once. Now I have a sign with my name spelled incorrectly. I hung it up on my door for about a week, but guests kept commenting on my name being spelled wrong. Now this adorable sign just stays in a box. Because mine was NOT protected from inclement weather on my side door, it recently rotted. However, it lasted all these years. Now that I have a storm door, it will last a lot longer. Used under porch but still didn't last very long before the wind took it down and the hooks feel out of it. Too expensive not to last any longer than it did. I didn't get to use all of the seasons before it went in the trash. Pros

The screws that held each board together for hanging all fell out and the wood itself warped badly. In addition, the personalization faded in the sun. This is nice for INSIDE use perhaps, but not outside like it's marketed to be. I wish I could get my money back on this buy...

I have not had a problem with them blowing away, or any signs of weather damage, and I live in heat & snow.
