I've been searching for one in the stores for months but couldn't find one without the beads or any other fancy stuff. Service and delivery comments: I was highly disappointed when it arrived. It looks like someone had it before me and scratched it all up, or maybe the scratches happened at the factory. Either way, I had such high anticipation for its arrival that it will discourage me from buying other products. I kept it because I don't want to pay to ship it back. And then have to wait another couple weeks for another one, and take the risk on it being in better condition. Pros

I was pleasantly surprised, the arm is not flimsy, it tilts a tiny bit, but it looks great on my table. More importantly, it keeps the napkins in place and my kids are not pulling out 10 napkins at a time anymore. Good price for what I got. Pros
